**ALL SALES ARE FINAL**

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

We will gladly replace or refund if:
• Item arrives damaged
• Item is defective / manufacturer error
• We sent the wrong item

Contact company@ninesoptics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos + order number. We'll send a free return label and fix it fast.

No returns accepted for wrong size/color choice, used items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, or custom products.

Approved refunds are processed in 5–10 business days.
